Why we created Altea
Altea was created by NimbleNova, a Netherlands-based consultancy focused on high-stakes transformation. In our own consulting work, we saw the same pattern again and again: valuable firm knowledge was hard to reuse, senior people became the default bottleneck, and generic AI tools were too risky for work that needed traceability and judgement.
We did not start with a generic AI product idea. We started with a delivery problem we knew well: how do you help consulting teams move faster without losing the firm context, methods, and accountability that clients pay for?
