Why we created Altea

As consultants ourselves, we experienced the same pressures that many mid-size firms now face. Clients are increasingly self-serving with AI, large firms are industrialising delivery with billion-dollar stacks, and ad hoc use of tools like ChatGPT leaves firms exposed to black-box risk, scattered data, and unreliable outputs.

We saw that the very foundation of consulting — firm IP and proven methods — was being bypassed when it should have been the anchor of every deliverable. Without a trusted system to embed knowledge into workflows, firms risk losing both profitability and client trust.

We built Altea to change that.
